Michael Zubretsky

Michael K. Zubretsky is the Principle Broker and proud owner of Venture One Realty. Having “grown up in the business”, Mike brings nearly 20 years of knowledge in all facets of residential real estate. His experiences in residential sales, mortgage lending, and re-hab construction gives him a unique perspective to best serve his clients interest when buying or selling a home.

Mike is known for his dedicated service, excellent communication skills, and a warm and friendly approach. His extensive market knowledge, state of the art marketing strategies, and uncompromising integrity ensure a positive experience and stress free transaction.

Born and raised in South Windsor CT, Mike graduated from Southern New Hampshire University with a degree in Business Administration.

When not assisting clients, Mike enjoys spending quality family time with his wife Jessica and their two children, entertaining friends and family, beach days, sports, and working on his golf game.
