After many years in marketing and hospitality, Briana began her career in real estate in 2016 after watching her younger sister buy her first home. The common misconception that homeownership requires near perfect credit and a large down payment prevents so many people from realizing that dream and she wanted to help change that. She’s also passionate about providing a full-service experience to clients in a way that protects more of their hard-earned equity, and believes the “1% Listing” is the future of real estate.
